Job Description

Design the UI architecture, interface, interaction flow and aesthetics of mobile applications and web sites Develop wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, style guides, UI patterns, and graphic assets Work closely with the engineering team to identify, address and solve complex user interface and information design challenges Gather feedback through user research and integrate findings into the development of new features Develop and maintain detailed user interface specifications and promote usability best practices Participate fully in design critiques and lead cross ­functional design sessions (soliciting, giving, and receiving actionable feedback) Design complementary marketing materials to support the product features Keep up to date on design trends and proactively analyze best-in-class & competitor products and websites and provide recommendations periodically

Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design , for complex and highly scalable SaaS/Cloud and Mobile products
• Enterprise Mobile App design experience is the most critical requirement
• 2+ years of experience as a hybrid UI/UX designer across all digital platforms
• Fluid ability to design in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Ability to prototype using Invision, Balsamiq, Mockflow, or similar

Translate design prototypes into functional UI solutions Executing visual design as a part of team to meet user and business goals Collaborating on user experience planning with key stakeholders Synthesize user feedback, identify problems and devise solutions Transform ideas and mockups into high fidelity concepts and designs Work with engineering teams to advocate for users and develop designs that deliver value and emphasize ease-of-use Evangelize and advance organization’s understanding and adoption of user experience best practices, tools and documentation

Skills

• Five +year’s experience in user experience design for web applications and digital products
• Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability
• Exceptional design skills with a high attention to detail
• Expertise working with UX applications such as photoshop, illustrator, sketch and invision
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Demonstrable experience of user centered design processes and desire to
• Experience with using and creating user interface design patterns
• Deep understanding of usability and accessibility standards
• A strong sense of time management, deadlines, and the ability to adapt diverse challenges and competing priorities
• Knowledge of the latest UX best practices
• Experience in incorporating UX in the AGILE methodology
• Exceptional collaboration, presentation and communication skills
