Job Description

We are currently seeking UI/UX designer to augment our software workflow development process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys working in development and product management, and wants to see the successful implementation of Web and Mobile Applications. The UI/UX designer will work closely with the development and product management teams to understand needs, analyze processes, and construct a best-fit user experience and UI layout for our workflow tools.

Skills

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX design and industry trends.
• Strong skills with design tools, including Adobe CS Suite, as they relate to documenting wireframes, interaction flows and high-fidelity screen level design for development and presentation use.
• Familiar with and practices the user-centered design process and user advocacy (user observations, research, usability testing).
• Need to have a portfolio.
• Can create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• An eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail.
