Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Skills

• 4-6 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

Job Description

· Build responsive and elegant user interfaces that fit perfectly in all screen sizes and are compatible across different browsers. · Collaborating with the designers and backend developers to plan, design and develop applications. · Converting designs into semantically correct and web standards compliant HTML. · Writing scalable and maintainable stylesheets (CSS). · Refactor HTML, CSS and JavaScript code to ensure that codebase is easily scalable and maintainable. · Test and debug compatibility across device, browser and OS variants.

Skills

· 5 + Years of experience.

· Expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

· Expert level knowledge of D3.js and Angular JS

· Proficient with jQuery, BackboneJS, ReactJS.

· Write scalable and modular stylesheets with the help of any pre-processor of choice (LESS, SASS, Stylus etc.)

· Very good working knowledge of SVG and Canvas.

· A keen eye and a curious mind for experimenting with the latest technologies and tools being released every day.

· Writing code from scratch instead of heavily relying on front end frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation etc.

· Contributions to OpenSource project on GitHub is a major plus.
