The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Responsibilities: 1. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final production with branding guidelines 2. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks 3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas 4. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders 5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

Requirements:

1. Proven Web Design experience
2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design and other visual design and wire-framing tools
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
5. Good working knowledge of major CMS like Wordpress/Joomla etc.
6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
7. Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
