Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works. Basic Requirement: The focus will be mainly on developing a consistent Omni channel experience. The team will be working in a lean and agile environment, and the UI Designer will be expected to work on the products from concept through to delivery along with the help of Graphic Designer. Create a document briefing the developers on what is expected, the functionality need and overall how things should work. As mentioned above, the role will initially focus on the design of new native apps, however the longer term vision is to create an engaging and coherent Omni channel experience. As a result, UI Designers who would enjoy thinking at both a detailed and strategic level would be a great fit. The Right UI UX Designer Will Have: Proven experience designing web and mobile interfaces to the highest standard, with examples currently on the market. Strong understanding of Design sciences.- Understanding users behavior, goals, motivations, and needs. Also how the user is currently using our product, where they come up against problems and, most importantly, how they feel when interacting with our product. A strong understanding of user scenarios, user roles, personas, workflows and usability testing. Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups for review/iteration/approval. This is a very interesting opportunity for a Senior UI designer who is looking to craft products for a company which is global in scale, but which has created a start-up team to tackle their digital transformation.

Skills

• Years of Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in a desktop or mobile UX design Should Have:
• Strong experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD, HTML 5 and Dreamweaver
• Strong Material Design language understanding- A minimum of 2 years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating design and wire-framing abilities
• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android- Well updated knowledge regarding the current design trends in APP and Web both

Skills

Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Design Stream

Years of Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in desktop or mobile UX design
