Creating High fidelity mockups Ability to craft a pixel perfect screens for different view ports/devices based on the wireframes. Collaboration Working with cross-functional teams like BA, developers, QA to deliver a digital product as envisioned.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, to articulate complex or technical issues. Good Organizational and analytical, presentation and client management skills
• Worked in Agile methodology and tools.
• Comfortable with ambiguity/fuzzy requirements under deadlines.
• Design systems, design strategy, Grids Moodboarding, Typography, Iconography skills. Deep knowledge of design patterns and principles. Extremely familiar with Guidelines. Knows the rules and what rules can be broken. Understands the importance of visual design and how they impact user experience design.
• Proficient in the modern and standard digital crafting and rapid prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision, etc).
• Innovative – the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile design constraints. Understanding of micro-interactions.

Job Description

1. Work closely with interaction designers, engineers and other team members to collaboratively evolve product requirements into compelling and usable visual experiences. 2. Create detailed UI concepts and guidelines and/or detailed visual language, GUI assets and guidelines. 3. Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering R&D teams as well as external UX/Design firms.

Skills

1. Must-have Skills: Proficient in use of creative design tools, especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

2. Must-have Portfolio: Demonstrated success in delivering visually pleasing designs.

3. Must-have excellent attention to detail.

4. Must-have Communication and Presentation skills: Ability to communicate and present ideas and details from a Visual Design perspective to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Must-have Passion, drive, commitment and perseverance to design world's best UX solutions.

6. Should have 4+ years’ experience in visual/graphic design.

7. Strong knowledge of color theory and visual hierarchy is desirable.

8. Exposure in designing for the areas of mobile interfaces and information visualization is desirable.

9. Degree/Diploma in Design or Fine/Applied Arts (Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's) from a Visual Arts School/program is preferred.
