Job Description

- Conceptualizing, designing and prototyping new features for our core product - Design front-end layouts along with the best practices of Internet/Portal Designs - Working closely with the product team and brainstorming the ideas and execute them till the last level - Applying user-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences for Web, Mobile and other platforms - Manage UI and Usability for complex web applications as a member of high energy teams Customer understanding and creative designing - Manage the user experience throughout the development cycle for your projects, ensuring a well thought-out product comes to fruition. - Analyse user interface problems and create solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. - Perform thorough user acceptance testing providing clear descriptions of issues and opportunities Developing wireframes and prototypes: - Develop sketches and wireframes for desktop, tablet and mobile to show screen flow, navigation and interaction details. - Create and/or coordinate the development of prototypes to get customer (and possibly employee) feedback early in the development process, iterating original concepts based on findings and recommendations

Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX for Web and Mobile UI (Android, iPhone, iPad, WAP)

- Great hands on Photoshop skills with an eye for detail

- Must have good understanding of typography, layout and color theory

- Proficiency with several graphic tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, etc.)

- Know-how of one or more wireframe, prototyping tools, preferred (Axure, Visio, Dreamweaver, etc.)

- A solid portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions

About the Company:

Fizzy Foodlabs is an IIT Bombay alumni venture in Packaged Foods (FMCG), specializing in World Foods.

Our brand, 'Chef's Basket' has introduced Italian, Mexican and Thai range of recipes in a ready-to-cook kit format. It is for the first time in India, that the concept of portion packing has been introduced in World Foods, that too in a value added format of a recipe kit. Going forward, our second brand World Café would be introduced, which would focus on Western ready-to-eat snacks.

Our products are distributed primarily through the Modern Trade, E-commerce and select general trade formats.

Our emphasis is not just on creating superior products, but also to create sustainable brands that survive us in the longer term. The consumers are hence exposed to a complete experience to indulge in our products and make them a part of their lifestyle to build a repeatable, scalable and sustainable value proposition.
