Job Description

• Managing the UX and UI design team.• Meeting deadlines and quality standards of the team.• Review Version control.• Project management within the team including task delegation• Technical support and development of the UI side for the team. Key responsibilities • Creating the wire frames and layouts• Establishing the Aesthetic thread for the game• Ensuring timely delivery of the assigned projects from the team.• Project documentation overhead management.• Quality control of the delivered modules.• Team management and responsibility.• Change management and user acceptance of the developed components.

Skills

• 5-7 years experience of managing teams of around 5 in mobile UX/UI development.
• Should have very good knowledge of UX/UI Design for IOS and Android platforms especially in the gaming domain.
• Should be well versed in the process and creative management required to manage a highly creative team.
• Should have sound knowledge in the tools used in designing/developing the UI.
