Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Design user interfaces for mobile and web platforms. Present and rationalize your design decisions and stick to well-known design guidelines while designing interfaces. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standard. While the world is building user centric designs, we need to go a step further and also include the business side and make sure that it breaks the success charts when released in the market. Ensure that projects are well-defined, high impact, and successfully executed. Collaborate with your peers to define a strategic vision for what we build, helping focus on solving user problems.

Skills

• Proven UI experience & Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma /Sketch / Adobe XD and knowledge of Illustrator will add to the brownie points.
• Guide developers in execution of design.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
