Job Description

Design and create web-based and print material for marketing collateral & presentations Work with the marketing and business development teams supporting them with creative content Use creative skills to generate aesthetically pleasing online and offline marketing material Creating web pages, basic HTML coding Understand the design brief and create the best design solutions Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creative Ability to handle multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to details UI Design Support for Product Understand product requirements and make mocks for the development team Conceptualize and design end to end team interaction flow for a product/feature and come up with wireframes and mocks based on loosely defined specifications Create designs for desktop, mobile and tablet devices so as to enhance the customer experience Quickly act on team feedback and improve the design accordingly Identify and address front-end performance issues Knowledge and experience of user-centric design approaches and best practices

Skills

• Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field. Or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience designing UI for web and/or mobile apps
• Deep expertise in interaction and visual design
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator or similar graphic tools, Word and Power Point
• Experience in usability testing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
