Create ground-up UI and visual design keeping the customer in the centre, while achieving the goals of product and business. Collaborate with product and business teams to define and implement creative solutions for mobile/web product visuals and user experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback. Present designs and key milestone deliverable s to peers and executive level. stakeholders. Research, learn and implement design guidelines, best practices and design standards

Skills

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other visual design tools.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Job Description

Should be capable of making Motion Graphic and Explainer Video independently. Can understand a script/brief and translate it into amazing videos. One should be fully conversant in Adobe suite like After Effects, Photoshop Illustrator, Premier Pro, and plugins like Trap-code etc. Responsibilities: Past experience in Editing software- Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc. Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project. Ability to work on a written script and produce motion graphic videos based on it. Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables ( websites, marketing demos, video infographics, Social media Campaigns etc.) Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc. Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. Assist in designing and creating storyboards. Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards

Skills

• Mandatory Skills - Adobe After Effect, Photoshop, Adobe Premier CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Animation Softwares.
• Good-to-have Skills - 3D’s Max or any other 3d software.
• Where applicable, producing motion graphics from concept to delivery.
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and graphical sequence.
• Should be pro at masterfully bringing visual elements and stories to life.
• Must have good communication skills.
