We are looking for people in the UI/UX front who possess a passion for pushing creativity to the limits. You'll be getting the opportunity to work with our founding team to build the product right from scratch.

Skills

• Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities with relevant experience.
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Ability to create superior, original designs for the Web
• Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Web/Mobile/Tablet/Social.
• Design product and website layouts, assets, flows, sitemaps etc.
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Well-versed with creating email templates and running regular campaigns.
• Effectively communicate, conceptualize ideas, and design rationale both verbally and visually
• Keep excellent version control and asset management
• Can Create solutions to high level of user experience to challenge thoughts
• Design and develop user interface prototypes and pixel level specifications
• Create and maintain UI guidelines and templates
• Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget.
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
