Bravvura is looking for a User Experience with a strong passion for creative problem-solving. Working within Product Design, the successful candidate will be someone who has previously planned and delivered a number of key research activities and initiatives. You will be in in charge of the setup and day to day organization of the User Experience & be responsible for planning, conducting, analyzing and communicating, user research and usability test activities working together with the User Experience team members to develop studies and integrate research findings into Projects in multiple platforms Software, UI, Web, Mobile. As a user-experience, you will be a driving force behind gathering user insight and using them to inspire and inform design. You will play a critical role in helping create innovative, usable, and great-looking products that people love to use. Delivery market leading, high quality, highly interactive products on web and mobile Define the UX vision and the UX success metrics for all product engagements Innovatively solve problems through leading edge design Hands on with IA, use case development, storyboarding, Prototyping and other UX tasks Applying user-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences for Mobile web and mobile apps to improve discoverability, simplicity and enjoyment Build and maintain wireframes and prototypes of various user interfaces Work with and manage team of graphic designers to translate the UX designs into pleasing and contemporary UI designs

Skills

• Degree or study in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) or Design Preferable.
• Preferred- from dot.Com/ eCommerce domain- not required from IT organization
• Experience (years) 4-8 years relevant interaction design experience
• 4+ years’ experience creating large scale products
• Role User Experience Designer for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile consumer products
• Ability to communicate and work well with a team.
• The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and effectively manage many complex projects
• Knowledge of best practices, such as user-centered design process and usability testing
• Create deliverables or artifacts, such as user flows, wireframes and experience diagrams.
• Proficiency in software tools like Axure, Visio and Keynote
• A strong understanding of front-end technologies
• Portfolio demonstrating all these points and more

Job Description

Work with the Head of Art/Design, Copy team, Social media team and Head of Marketing to develop and produce digital marketing materials and campaigns of all types for multiple targets Projects include Social media campaigns, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, web design, case studies, brand/ID design--you name it, we do it Have a clear thought process on how to lift the design/look and feel of our clients marketing programs to the next level Can take onus of the visual design process for the marketing vertical, manage a junior designers and outside partners

Skills

• At least 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing agencies for creating rich interactive designs
• BA/BFA in Graphic Design/Art or a related field
• A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
• An excellent eye for design and meticulous attention to detail
• A practical understanding of all digital mediums
• A killer portfolio with variety of industries specially food industry and deliverables represented
• The ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
• Conceptualize and create artwork for all conversion aspects of marketing like social content, banners, online ads, and email newsletters
• Translate the brand in visually stunning and convincing design for web, offline advertising, packaging and all other touch points in the customer journey
• Manage the design calendar and eventually hire and train junior graphic designer
• A burning desire to try new things, devise weird experiments and thumb your nose at mediocrity
