Skills

• Strong problem solving with a right balance of creativity and functionality
• Ability to Identify design problems and devise solutions
• Experience in CSS isdesired
• A very high degree of focus on the Customer
• High level conceptual thinking about product and user problems
• The ability to articulate and defend design choices using research / data
• A solid understanding of prevailing trends in UX
• Proficiency with Design tools like Sketch/Illustrator etc, and an obsession with pixel-perfect detailing

Job Description

Visualize, establish & maintain brand identity through its design & communication. Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, leaflet, social media, banners, email etc. On a daily/weekly basis, create designs for daily consumption across different mediums Projects - Contribute in branding projects - ATL, BTL, digital, social Coordinate with marketing team/copy writers for conceptualization of new ideas & execution for same. Research for modern design material over net for reference & inspiration

Skills

• Comfortable with Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw & other software
• Experience - 2 to 4 years
