Job Description

Design the interface and experience of digital tools that enable smooth and efficient functioning at Avanti, currently the LMS and CMS Design the student interface of LMS and innovating on new opportunities to serve students better through technology Research on the different user requirements and pain points Create, improve GUI(s) using wire frames, prototypes and style guides to effectively communicate interaction ideas Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design road map as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.) Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including info graphics Develop graphics / media (graphics, illustrations & animations) for social media, digital mediums (website) & HTML mailers Develop reusable assets like graphics, brochures, info graphics, banners, icons, etc

Skills

• Expertise at Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Coral Draw
• Ideally some mobile/tablet UI experience
• Ideally has some experience with material design
• Bachelors in Graphic Design/Fine Arts
