Skills

• Proven Interaction design skill - Website, Web app UI or Mobile app UI
• Fundamental understanding of experience/interaction design
• Strong portfolio of customer facing projects (preferably for tech-oriented companies)
• Solid experience in creating high fidelity assets, storyboards, and site maps
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools - Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and feasibility
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, tools and technologies
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping will be a bonus

Implement uniform design language across all the interfaces built. Collaborate with business to understand the workflow impact & metrics and requirement for all customer and business tools. Create wireframes, beautiful looking interfaces, Customer journey, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research, usability tests and evaluate and implement user feedback. Build touch points consistent with brand design guidelines, best practices and standards. Drive adoption of trends in user experience and use of technology/tools for the same.

Skills

At Ather, you will drive design projects (app or dashboard features/ experiences) from concept to release. Collate user insights and business requirements to define your project scope. Define problem statements to solve within the project. Present holistic experiences that stitch together both emotional and functional design. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Create high fidelity assets and storyboards, using Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools.
