We are looking for talented UX designers who are excited about working on some of the worlds most advanced mobile healthcare software. We are looking for individuals who have a wide range of skills with experience in UX, Research, UI and Product design. Our UX designers are called Product designers and lead our design lead organization. Product designers are expected to have immense interest in continuously learning many areas outside of design, including engineer processes, sales & markets strategies and our users disciplines. We utilize a rapid prototyping design process to drive continuous leaps in our offerings. Product designers spend a lot of time rapid prototyping many interesting ideas and generating confidence and excitement for the product team to use to prioritize work. The role suits a talented UX designer who like to experiment in their spare time, has lots of ideas and is naturally curious of things outside of design. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • To be an active part of the design team. Contributing ideas and insights to many streams of work not limited to their own.• The generation of rapid prototypes to test ideas and strengthen excitement & confidence in the successful ones.• Production of designs in Sketch for the consumption of the engineering team.• Continuous building of relationships with the engineering, product and senior exec teams to continue to support a design lead organization.• Daily Product design, UI, UX, Research and Rapid prototyping outputs.• Endless curiosity in healthcare practice.

Job Description

Responsible for the product & mobile first strategy, design & delivery of user experience and drive product’s vision from UX standpoint. Employ User Researchers to evaluate competitive market offerings, understand personas, conduct user testing with partners & customers and analyze reports. Define mind maps, task-based user scenarios and perform task analysis. Tackle complex tasks transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs. Design conceptual wireframes, interactive mockups, UI specifications and present end-to-end experiences to stakeholders to validate the solution.
