Job Description

We are looking for UI/UX designer and developer who can work on a combined role of making designs and converting them into HTML.Roles and Responsibilities 
 1. Your design skills and talent will be focused primarily on web application design 
2. Your skills will extend to creative for Web, UX, branding, and iconography work 
3. You are confident working with Strategists and Design team peers to create project architecture documents including Sitemaps, Workflows, Schematics, Wireframes, and Blueprints 
 4. You understand and have worked in an agile team environment 
5. You will be a source of inspiration internally and externally, always overachieving and driving the Aspeko benchmark for quality 
 6. You will collaborate with our Development team to deliver projects and ensure your vision is carried through to final product launch 
 7. You’ll work with the Product team to ensure the best user experience solutions are being produced

Skills

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1. Has 2+ years of experience acting in a creative role and at least 1 years working in a creative agency environment 


2. Has an exceptional portfolio of shipped products, containing examples of highly usable and beautiful software that solves problems you can effectively articulate 


3. Possesses strong abilities with Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop


4. Has a deep knowledge of modern iOS, Android, web, and OS X interface conventions 


5. Has experience in some of the following areas: CRM, team workflow, activity feeds, visualizations/BI/analytics, native iOS mobile, email design, and responsive web 


6. Is exceptionally detailed with excellent oral and visual communication skills, and is comfortable in client-facing situations, primarily when presenting your own or others’ creative work 


7. Likes to play with motion and inject alternative creative solutions to solve problems
