Job Description

Responsible for working closely with the Senior Web Developer to build and maintain event registration websites both quickly and error free Ensure the correct fields are available to capture data for Meeting Planner/Event Owners which allow them to facilitate their meeting and event programs; and train them on how to utilize the site and access reporting Drawing up detailed website specifications; designing sample page layouts including text size and colors Designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs Presenting initial design ideas to Senior Web developer Designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client Proofreading content and grammar and making changes where necessary Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages Testing the website to ensure it is working and fulfill client requirements Researching current design trends Support Team Leader and Operations Manager on data reporting Be accurate and on time with deliverables Any additional projects and tasks that are requested of you

Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in Graphic and Website designing
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Ability to work from home
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
• History of delivering a high level of customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and clients
• Excellent English written and oral skills
• Candidate should be flexible, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
