Understand business requirements and translate them into simple and well-designed user interfaces Create UX flows, wire-frames, mock ups, and prototypes Work with customers , engineers and Product Managers to ensure the success of product Communicate ideas, design rationale, usability concepts, and Information Architecture to product managers/engineers Develop ideas that makes our User Interface as a differentiating factor Develop style guide and visual design document for products

Skills

• 3 - 6years of experience as UX/UI designer, experience working in a start up is an added advantage.
• Experience building products for social media customers, web products like online tutors, online studio, and productivity tools like Trello.com, etc.
• Strong Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Mockup Tools, Interaction design tools
• Broad understanding on web 2.0 ie. HTML5 and CSS and Bootstrap way of doing things.
• Basic understanding of Web Designing
• Passionate about creating best-in-class user experiences
