Job Description

Suggest, define and drive improvements to the application experience holistically Ideate, design and develop low / high fidelity prototypes for user feedback Create visual design paradigms consistent with the platform experience and branding Work closely with developers and end users to implement experience & empathy maps Ownership of frequent, iterative usability testing for constant improvement

Skills

• 6 – 10 + years of experience in user experience design
• Exposure to design of B2B Enterprise systems and B2C apps on web and mobile
• Experience in Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
• Familiar with wireframing tools like Axure, iRise
• Certifications like HCI, NIP, HFI, Diploma in Design will be an add-on.
• Hands on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks etc
• Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and experiences to a cross-functional audience
• Updated with the latest design trends and practices across web and mobile
