Job Description

The job of UI/UX designer is to conceive how tech products can realise our vision to build unique solutions for coworking environment and member community . You will play a pivotal role in our Tech team, by transforming product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use applications for our users ,for both web and mobile platforms Achieving this goal requires that you study end user behaviour, collaborate closely with Product Managers, Hub Honchos, Operation managers and Software Engineers throughout the design process. As an early member of the team you will have a significant opportunity to impact our tech product and customer experience. You will be creating detailed screen designs, wireframes, prototypes for both web and mobile. Your work will be an input for our Software engineers. You will work very closely with the engineers throughout the software development life cycle until the product is shipped live.

Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, sketch etc.) or equivalent software for prototype, wireframes etc.
• Fluency in best practices for interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques for both desktop and mobile
• Experience creating prototypes and highly detailed wireframes for complex user flows
• Experience working with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working in a tight design cycle and collaborating with the development team for implementation.
• Excellent sense of visualization, composition, typography, imagery and colors.
• Excellent interpersonal , communication, management and collaboration skills
