Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer for our Mumbai office. Please fine the JD below:

1. Create/Understand/Refine a client brief before conceptualizing your design solution

2. Obtain client/market research data through customer visits, user interview, Questionnaires, analytics and other reporting mechanisms

3. Analyze user research data to understand user needs/frustrations, develop interaction models, communication systems, user personas & audience segments, storyboards, scenarios and tasks

4. Work with User Experience Analysts and other team members to conduct workshops (with clients & users) to understand business objectives & user needs

5. Analyze competitor strategies to help customers adapt and evolve existing marketing strategies

6. Conduct online research & benchmarking studies and engage in regular evaluations to build knowledge pools that can be leveraged by various teams

7. Gain and communicate knowledge of online trends and persuasion techniques.

8. Understand responsive design needs and champion the implementation of responsive designs with your development team, at times, with client teams

Skills

1. Well-versed with design tools Adobe Photoshop, Flash, etc and ability to use effects, gradients and other tools to create rich designs

2. Creativity is a must and the ability to create original designs is a bonus

3. Comfortable working in a Mac environment

4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

5. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to bring projects to completion
