Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- As a UI Designer, you must collaborate and work closely with the product team on a daily basis
- Create, improve and use wire-frames, prototypes, style guides and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods
- Present and DEFEND your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and your product team updated with the latest changes in the industry’s standards
- Be able to maintain consistency in design across all products and have a firm understanding of the customers and B2B market
- Handle ad-hoc client specific design customization

Desired qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Design discipline or related field

Skills

Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience creating interactive prototypes, developer-ready screens/hand-offs, icons and other visual elements
- Experience using at least one of the design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator etc
- Experience creating UI for BOTH web and mobile apps
