As a Senior Product Designer at HackerEarth, you will
Create workflows, wireframes, and beautifully polished visual mockups for new features and improving existing ones
Work closely with developers to implement your designs
Talk with users on a regular basis and make sure the product is always in tandem with user needs
Own projects from inception to completion (and beyond), work to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements
Multitask, prioritize projects, communicate progress and expected milestones.
Create interface designs for complex product and aesthetic interfaces.
Lead design team of Recruit product and working with them to efficiently manage their work, performance, conduct regular 1:1s, and give performance feedback.
Work with other engineering and design team, facilitate discussion among them, and provide a framework for inter-team collaboration.
Take key design decisions, provide direction and mentorship to the team, and setup best practices for design team.
Partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.Skills

5+ years experience designing interaction models that span multiple devices
2+ years leading design teams
Familiarity with the agile development process
Experience with user research
Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch.

d. Lead and facilitate requirements for the development of test artefacts and prototypes and be completely hands on as required.
2. Generate & share insights that influence &drive both strategy & execution
