Skills

• Deep understanding of behavioural analysis, and are experienced in mindset research. You might have a Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology/HCI degree or background but it is not necessary.

• You are hands-on with moderation, data collection and fieldwork competencies in a variety of contexts
• Expertise in facilitating collaboration and input with non-expert stakeholders

Job Description

• Design user interface specifications, final graphics, pixel-perfect designs and assets, as well as mockups for web and mobile
• Understand the target audience and their needs, desires, and pain points
• Develop user personas that represent the different types of users who will interact with the product
• Create wireframes and prototypes of the product, which are low-fidelity representations of the design
• Create a digital product that is user-centered, intuitive, and enjoyable to use, while also meeting business goals and technical requirements
• Work closely with design team to ensure the smooth development of quality contents
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and business team
• Collaborate with development team on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs

• Good understanding of UX Principles and fundamentals
