• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and user-centred projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Collaborate with account strategists, digital creatives, and other team members to create video content that effectively drives results.
• Participate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming, and storyboarding for video projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Team in designing and creating boards, when required.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions for creating motion graphics.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.

Skills

• Proficient with Adobe suite like After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
• Comfortable with social media and collaboration/project management tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing his/her design and motion graphics skills.
• Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
• Detail-oriented and capable of producing a highly polished final product
